Location:  1135 116th Ave NE Suite #230 Bellevue, WA 98004

We are located adjacent to Overlake Hospital, in the Overlake Medical Office Tower.  The North entrance of the tower, across from the parking garage, is the second floor.  We are the offices immediately on your right as you enter the building.

	From Seattle or the Plateau, take either the 520 Bridge or I-90 to 405
	From 520 to 405, head South on 405 and take the NE 8th Ave West Exit, then turn left (North) on 116th   From I-90, take 405 North, follow the "Hospital" signs turning East onto NE 4th Ave and then turn left (North) on 116th Ave
	Driving North on 116th, turn left into the Medical Center at the "Emergency Room" entrance sign    The parking garage is immediately on your right and the Medical Office Tower is on your left

The Office Tower Parking garage is owned and operated by Overlake Hospital Medical Center, and is immediately on your right as you enter the campus. Due to the large volume, we are unable to validate parking.

The 2nd floor of the parking structure is the street level. You can exit there and cross the street to the Office Tower. We are immediately on your right in Suite 230 as you enter the automatic doors.

If it is raining, you can take the 1st floor, which has an underground tunnel. Elevators are on your left about midway down the long hall. Go up to the 2nd floor and turn East. Head towards the exit doors and we are on your left just before you exit.
